Welcome to Counselling Blue Mountains

Dear friends,

I am excited to have opened my practice in the beautiful upper Blue Mountains in 2009.

I am able to introduce you to the amazing world of transpersonal psychotherapy - these techniques have been developed over many years and are at the cutting-edge of what we currently know about the relationship between the body, mind and soul. Techniques such as sand play, voice dialogue, psychodrama, counselling and dream analysis are some of the many ways we can gain access to the extraordinary world of the psyche and bring light to the subconscious or unconscious levels of experience so that we can make a conscious connection with them. When we do this though the various techniques available all of our subtext comes into alignment with our conscious, waking state and we are no longer fighting ourselves with conflicting ideas, beliefs and energies. We can then live with greater energy, purpose and clarity and can respond to life rather than reacting to it.
